Devin never gets tired of learning about what makes a good restaurant tick. This Wyoming born guy got his restaurant start in Laramie, where he went from dishwasher to manager in just two years. After he got his degree at the University of Wyoming, he moved to Omaha where he worked a couple of restaurants before joining Blue’s team in 2008.
If you’re looking for a sushi suggestion, his pick is the Cherry Bomb. That cool slice of tuna and warm ponzu-soaked tempura rice topped with sliced jalapeño and spicy sauce is just a little piece of heaven.
(We admit, it doesn’t get much better than that!)
He loves green jelly beans and spending his free time with his wife, two adorable girls and baby boy. Devin has one piece of advice for fish: beware of the sashimi knife.
